Get incredible results with combination training. A combination session is 30 minutes of fitness/functional training, followed by 30 minutes of yoga training. Combination training is great for all fitness and skill levels, and you will work with both a certified personal trainer and one of our talented yoga instructors.

Combination Sessions may only be scheduled in one hour appointments.
