Semi-private personal training means that you and one friend can benefit from the expertise of a certified personal trainer.
Each of you will receive more personal attention than you'd find at most fitness boot camps, getting you to your fitness goals even faster! You'll also benefit from the health and lifestyle education you'll receive from your trainer, like nutrition and workout tips.
Semi-private personal training my be scheduled as a half hour, full hour or combination session.
